We assist with platform access, course navigation, licensing inquiries, technical issues (e.g., login, playback), and enterprise/institutional onboarding.

Our aim is to respond within 24 hours of your request. During peak periods (course launches, live events) response times may vary.

Go to the Courses page, select the track you want, and click Enroll. If you’re accessing via an institutional licence (enterprise/university/government), contact your administrator or your NOVA by Vireo representative for the access link.

Yes. We offer flexible licensing models for enterprises, universities and public-sector agencies. Please select “For Organizations” on the website and request a demo to learn more.

Our library is growing — if a course is coming soon, you can join the waitlist or contact support to see estimated release dates.

You’ll need a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge) or the latest version of our mobile app (iOS/Android). A stable internet connection is recommended for video-based modules. No special hardware is required.

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset instructions. If you still can’t access your account, contact support and include a screenshot of the error.

At launch we offer streaming access only. Offline download capability is coming soon — we’ll notify users when available.

Our platform tracks course completion, module progress, quiz performance, and behavioural metrics (where enabled). Institutional dashboards show aggregated data, helping organisations tie learning to performance outcomes.

Dashboards refresh hourly. Your NOVA representative can help you access reports on engagement, retention, and ROI.

We collect user-provided data (name, email, organisation) and usage data (course progress, time spent, quiz results). We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
