Collaborative Leadership Assessment

Leadership grows through everyday choices: whose perspective you invite, how clearly you communicate, and what you do when a team faces tension. Use this assessment to reflect on how you can help people do their best work together.

Begin with two reflection questions, then answer five knowledge-check questions. Submit your responses to record completion and review the answer key. The reflections are not graded. For continuing-education completion, at least four of the five knowledge-check answers must be correct.
