Every development begins with a possibility. Turning it into a viable project takes careful questions about the site, the market, the numbers, and the people it will serve.

Begin with two reflection questions, then answer five knowledge-check questions. Submit your responses to record completion and review the answer key. The reflections are not graded. For continuing-education completion, at least four of the five knowledge-check answers must be correct.
